All sessions are an Elite Open Gym style. Athletes will arrive at DASH, and have a 2-hour window, 6-days per week to choose from to complete their workout. Training times will be offering in the mornings (before school), the late afternoons (after school) and evenings. All workouts are completely individualized and catered to the athletes in-season goals/needs. Our trainers will be on the floor working with each athlete through their programs.  This is the most individualized program offered at DASH Training. The Elite Open Gym program is designed for athletes who are committed. We are ONLY accepting a limited number of athletes into this program, to ensure each athlete receives consistent individual attention and feedback. We often see the greatest improvements in athletes who complete the in-season with us as their program is 100% customized to them.

HIGHLIGHTS 
 

  • Individual 1-Hour Assessment in September 2025: Athletes will receive a full individual assessment and 1 on 1 goal setting session in September and from there our team will build out a program completely customized to the athlete.

  • Individualized Programming: Each athlete receives a personalized plan tailored to their in-season goals and VALD performance assessment.

  • In-Season Training & Off-Season Maintenance: Learn how to effectively train during the in-season and maintain off-season gains.

  • Progress Tracking: Utilize VALD performance assessments to track your progress.

  • Flexible Training Times: Choose from multiple training times per week with 24/7 access to TeamBuildr.

  • Free Access to Recovery Tools: Enjoy NormaTech and Hyper Ice recovery tools throughout the season.

 

  • NEW: Unlimited Training and Recovery Sessions – Sign up for as many sessions as your schedule allows from September through March! We recommend 1-2 training sessions per week, plus one mobility/recovery/yoga session. Your individual assessment will help determine the ideal frequency for your sessions.

 

  • Additionally, athletes enrolled in the Elite In-Season Program will get early access to selecting training groups and times for the Elite 2025 Summer Program. In-Season athletes can choose their groups and training times before other athletes! 

  • Questions about your game? Need advice throughout the season? Athletes will have the opportunity to schedule complimentary mentorship sessions with our team throughout the program.


About the Program:
Elite Open Gym Style: All sessions follow an open gym format and have a trainer assigned to work with them through out their session. Athletes have a 2-hour window, six days per week, to complete their workouts. Morning, late afternoon, and evening slots are available.

 

Individualized Workouts: Each workout is fully customized to meet your in-season needs and goals. This is our most personalized program at DASH Training.
 

Mobility/Yoga/Recovery Sessions: Offered weekly, these sessions are perfect for game days and throughout the off-season.
 

Limited Spots Available: To ensure every athlete receives consistent individual attention and feedback, we are accepting a limited number of participants. The athletes who see the greatest improvement are those who train year-round, as the program is entirely customized to their needs.

Who Is This Program For?
The program is designed for both new and current DASH athletes. Those who train consistently year-round will benefit the most, as taking the in-season off can make it difficult to regain momentum in the off-season. Available for 2006 - 2013 born athletes.

Program Details:
Cost: $199.00 + GST per month for 6 monthly payments + $75.00 registration fee due at time of commitment. All payments can be charged via CC, email transfer or cash.
Duration: September 16, 2024 – March 14, 2025.
Unlimited Access: Athletes have unlimited access to DASH and their individualized program during this time. 
Registration Before September 1: Athletes will receive a $50.00 credit that can go towards the registration fee, apparel or supplements! 

Elite Open Gym Sessions:
Athletes will follow their own customized program, with support from DASH Trainers throughout their entire session (our trainers run athletes through their full program.)
Each session has a 2-hour window. We recommend allowing 1.5 hours for each workout.

Recovery Sessions (Mobility + Yoga):
Sessions will be offered weekly, including weekends, to support active recovery on off-days and game days.

How to Sign Up for Sessions:
Athletes will sign up for sessions on Wellness Living once they receive their team schedules (the DASH scheduled will be released August 26, 2024). The program is designed to accommodate each athlete’s busy and changing schedules.

Important Upcoming Dates:
Individual Assessments: September 9 – 27, 2024.
The first session will be a 1-hour individual assessment to review goals, strengths, and weaknesses, and to complete baseline VALD performance testing. All assessments must be completed by September 27, 2024.
Program Start Date: Training sessions begin on Monday, September 16, 2024 (assessments start September 9).
Program End Date: The program concludes on Friday, March 14, 2025.
The Elite Spring Program will begin Monday, March 17, 2025 and the Elite 2025 Summer Program will begin Monday, May 5, 2025.
