U13 + U15 + U18 Athletes
All sessions are an Elite Open Gym style. Athletes will arrive at DASH, and have a 2-hour window, 5-days per week to choose from to complete their workout. Training times will be offering in the mornings (before school), the late afternoons (after school) and evenings. All workouts are completely individualized and catered to the athletes in-season goals/needs. Our trainers will be on the floor working with each athlete through their programs. This is the most individualized program offered at DASH Training. The Elite Open Gym program is designed for athletes who are committed. We are ONLY accepting a limited number of athletes into this program, to ensure each athlete receives consistent individual attention and feedback. We often see the greatest improvements in athletes who complete the in-season with us as their program is 100% customized to them.
WHO IS THE PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?
The Elite Open Gym is designed for athletes who have completed the DASH Elite Summer Program and are looking to continue to build off of the progress made throughout the off-season. Athletes who train year round will see the greatest benefit. It becomes increasingly difficult for the athlete to take the in-season off and “re-start” each off-season.
We are now accepting NEW athletes to the Elite In-Season Program as well.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
Athletes will have the option of purchasing a Silver 20-Session Package or Gold 40-Session Package. There are 10 Elite Open Gym session’s a week that an athlete will have the option of attending. Each athlete will be on their own program 100% customized to their individual needs. Athletes will have access to their program on TeamBuildr and have the assistance of the DASH Trainers during each Elite Open Gym Session.
Athletes will have a 2-hour window to complete their workout each day. We recommend that they have 1.5 hours allotted to complete each workout. For example, if the athlete has signed up for a Monday session between 3:30pm - 5:30pm, they should be arriving no later than 4:00pm.
SIGNING UP FOR SESSIONS
Athletes will sign up for Elite Open Gym Sessions on Wellness Living once they receive their team schedules. The program is designed to be flexible and work around each athlete’s busy and changing schedules.
SILVER PACKAGE (20 Sessions)
Includes: 1-hour individual assessment + 20 Elite In-Season individualized training sessions to be completed between September 2022 to March 2023.
6 monthly payments of $140.00 + GST/month billed directly to a Credit Card.
GOLD PACKAGE (40 Sessions)
Includes: 1-hour individual assessment + 40 Elite In-Season individualized training sessions to be completed between September 2022 to March 2023.
6 monthly payments of $220.00 + GST/month billed directly to a Credit Card.
The first CC payment is due on September 1, 2022.
IMPORTANT UPCOMING DATES:
INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT: September 7 - 30, 2022
Each athlete’s first session will be a 1-hour individual assessment to review the athletes goals, strengths and weakness. The athlete will be put through a complete assessment. Parents are welcome to sit in on the assessment.
PROGRAM START DATE: Monday, September 12, 2022.
PROGRAM END DATE: Friday, March 3 2023.
