HOCKEY SPECIFIC DROP-IN TRAINING
Drop-In Sessions focus on increasing an athletes cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and strength designed specifically with movements and exercises that are hockey specific. The sessions increase athletic performance. The hockey specific program is designed to help prepare athletes for the next level, and give them the tools needed to successfully compete at that level.
